Rugby clubs are created and developed by individuals who are driven to provide a worthwhile experience for their community. They will have a vision of their club in the future and this document aims to provide them with a simple guide of the steps they need to take to get there.

However, before they begin, they will need to consider the following challenges: Clubs are run mainly by volunteers who often have limited time to spend on the club. Also making changes will require certain skills (communication, selling skills or management skills) and the individuals who volunteer may not have the required skills.
