Building and Delivering a Basic Plan
All rugby clubs will at some time make plans to develop or improve their clubs. The challenges the clubs have are firstly, since many clubs are run by volunteers, they don’t always have the skills or the workforce resource to make the changes effectively.
Secondly, the leader or leadership group don’t always have the experience to develop achievable and realistic plans.
