Reaction from Cup winners New Zealand and other teams at the end of the Emirates Airline South Africa Rugby Sevens, the second event in the new HSBC Sevens World Series.
DJ Forbes, New Zealand captain (Cup winners)
On winning the Cup
"It is definitely a proud moment. The key thing that people need to know is that we came here with six new caps and they really stood up. To play finals, in front of an awesome crowd like this, to dig really deep until the final moments was really pleasing."
On beating England twice in George
"They are a difficult side, they are well coached, well drilled and they have a lot of tricks up their sleeve. To knuckle down and beat them back-to-back is credit to the boys."
On the crowd chanting 'DJ Forbes'
"It is quite special. We mentioned it during the week that George is probably our second home in terms of the World Series and the support they give us is awesome. We really dig deep because there are a lot of people that are really focused on us winning and we put a lot of smiles on these supporters' faces."
On what his players will take from the first two leges
"Having a chance to play in finals and knowing we are capable of winning a tournament. The big test now is going to be at home, but to go into Wellington with a win under our belt is definitely a pleasing moment.?"

Gordon Tietjens, New Zealand coach
On defending the South Africa Sevens title
"It is a great feeling. We had to do it the hard way with six men at the end. But it was a tremendous result for us. We played England twice here in this tournament and have beaten them twice after they beat us in Dubai. It was magnificent and all credit to the new guys, I couldn’t ask for more than that."
On Tomasi Cama’s decisive penalty
"It was decisive, we had to take it, we were down to six men and it was unlikely that we were going to break the English defence. He has been kicking well, so we gave it a crack and it won us the game."
On closing the gap with England in the Series
?"It is really important otherwise you are on the back foot all the time. So starting well in the first two tournaments, you have to be there or there about to do well in the Series. The first two legs have been great, outstanding. "
?Ben Ryan, England coach (Cup runners-up)
On losing to New Zealand
"Fair play to them, they got a penalty at the end and that was it really. We were certainly good enough to win but we let them in at the end. I am proud of our lads, they played really well and we hate to end like that.
"We wanted to play, we could have kicked to touch and gone to extra time, but you back yourselves and unfortunately that is what happens. But we have had a good few weeks."
Paul Treu, South Africa coach (Plate winners)
On the Plate win
"We are disappointed with our quarter final loss, we were up at half time and allowed the other team to come back in the game. But the second Plate win will keep adding the points."
On playing in front of a home crowd
"It was good to give the people something back. It is a Plate final, and the more we start putting these teams away in these games, the more important it is for us to keep building the momentum."
Stephen Betham, Samoa coach (losing Cup semi finalists)
On the loss to England in the semi final
“We are satisfied with the way the boys played, we could have done better but they are the breaks, that is rugby. We will just have to re-focus and come back for Wellington.”
On what they will work on before Wellington
“We have a bit of depth, some young guys stepped up. We have got to focus on our mistakes, see how we can rectify them and wait and see.”
