The IRB Game Analysis department has compiled and made available statistical reports relating to last weekend's NZI Sevens, played at the Westpac Stadium in Wellington.

The report documents the following areas of the Sevens game:

1. Scoring and conceding points

Averages per team, the impact of the scoring of tries on the outcomes of matches, the possession source of tries, the origin & location of tries, build-up to tries

2. Ball in play & possession

Includes details on passing in matches, kicking in matches, rucks and mauls

3. Set piece

Includes details on re-starts, scrums and lineouts

4. Penalties & Free-kicks

Totals, averages, team comparisons, referee comparisons

5. Cards

Totals, yellow and red cards per team
